1. Acceptable Use & Service Description

Closerr provides an AI-powered voice telephony and calling SaaS platform for automated lead qualification, FAQs, and appointment scheduling. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

You agree to use Closerr only for lawful business communications. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform for spamming, automated cold calling without prior consent, harassment, deceptive marketing, or any purpose that violates local laws.

2. Compliance with Indian Telecommunication Laws (TRAI)

As a user of Closerr, you acknowledge that you are strictly bound by the rules and regulations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), including the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR), 2018.

You agree that:

  • You will not upload or initiate calls to any numbers registered on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry, unless you have explicit verifiable consent from the user.
  • You will restrict all outbound calling campaigns to the legally allowed hours of 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM local time.
  • You assume full liability for any regulatory penalties, fines, or legal actions resulting from calls placed to non-consenting parties.

3. Billing, Wallet, and Refund Policy

Closerr operates on a prepaid wallet model. You must maintain a positive balance in your account wallet to initiate calls. All credit top-ups are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to standard GST (18%).

Refunds: Wallet recharges are non-refundable unless there is a verified technical issue on the platform preventing service usage, in which case a refund request can be filed within 7 days.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closerr and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the platform.

Closerr does not guarantee that the AI voice responses will be completely error-free or that transcription will match human accuracy (100%). Transcripts are provided on an "as-is" basis.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
